Industry and Nuclear Business Manager (F/H)

The LEMER foundry, based in Carquefou since 1878, specializes in the processing of lead and low-melting point alloys for the Leisure (fishing sinkers, diving loops), Nautical (keels, weights), Nuclear (radiation protection parts) and more generally all Industries (fusible plugs, fusible cores, weights) sectors. Our 65 employees work day in, day out to put the company's multi-disciplinary expertise (design office, foundry, machining) to good use, driven by the company's values : skills, agile expertise and collaboration.

To support the development of our activities, we are looking for a project manager for our Nuclear & Industries business. He/she will work in a team of 4 people, and will be supported during the first few months to ensure a smooth and efficient increase in technical skills.

Expertise in industry and in the management of complex projects is necessary to ensure the success of the position.

 

Main tasks :

  • Collaborate with all stakeholders (industrial partners, suppliers, customers and internal customers (general management, finance, purchasing, communication, design office, foundry, machining, logistics)) while respecting the company's values ;
  • Study customer specifications and draw up technical and commercial proposals ;
  • Take charge of and manage the realization of projects entrusted to us by our customers, while guaranteeing quality, cost and deadlines ;
  • Participate in the drafting of quality documentation for projects entrusted to us (list of manufacturing and inspection operations, manufacturing routines, quality management plan, etc.) ;
  • Participate in trade shows/meetings with our partners, suppliers and customers ;

Cross-functional mission :

  • Participate in and/or manage R&D projects (lead substitution, lead recycling, development of new production methods, etc.).

These missions are not exhaustive and may change during the course.

 

Your profile :

Bac +2/+3 (BTS, DUT, Licence professionnelle) in mechanics, engineering sciences, materials sciences with at least 5 years' significant experience in industry, particularly in project management in complex environments.

OR

Engineer with 5 years' higher education in mechanics, engineering sciences, materials sciences, with at least 3 years' significant experience in industry, and particularly in project management in complex environments Mastery of IT tools (Excel, Word, Power Point)

Mechanical skills (critical reading of drawings)

Ideally, you are familiar with Clipper, or have worked with an ERP that meets the needs of the industrial sector, would be a plus.
